-A pressurized water source, like a hose bib, not more than 100 feet from where the trailer will be placed.
-A 15’x10’ foot level landing. With no more than a 6 degree slope
-A 15 Amp electrical outlet no more than 100 feet from the trailer location. Generators can be rented for an additional charge if no power source is available. But a water source is an absolute requirement.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE TRAILER ACCOMMODATE?
-The trailers have 2 bathroom stalls, and a 250 gal waste tank. One trailer can typically accommodate 250-300 guests for a one-day event. However each event is different and it depends on use. We recommend no more than 130 guests for use over multiple days.
-To reserve a date we need a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit that is refundable less $100 if you choose to cancel up to 4 weeks ahead. Cancellations less than 28 days, the entire deposit is forfeited.
